Mandy Cohen, MD, MPH, North Carolina Sec. of the Department of Health and Human Services, joins BOH host Matthew Hanis for a live interview in front of 200 NC physician practice leaders. That same day, bids were due for the conversion of 1.6 million NC Medicaid beneficiaries to managed care.
